Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of clients' networks and providing expert technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary escalation resource for L1 and L2 technical teams, providing guidance to resolve complex issues
• Identify and lead projects to enhance client infrastructure and resolve technical challenges
• Document technical work comprehensively and develop processes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field, or a minimum of 5 years of IT experience
• Possession of Microsoft 365 Fundamentals and Microsoft Azure Associate certifications
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts
• Valid driver's license
