Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer (Tools).

Key Responsibilities

Manage and troubleshoot tools, planning and implementing releases, patches, and upgrades
Create, update, close, and resolve change/incident tickets while maintaining documentation
Follow ITSM processes to complete installations and validations of various tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in lieu of a degree
System administration experience for Windows, Solaris, and RHEL OS
Experience in scripting (e.g., .bat or .sh)
Experience with automation tools and job management
Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain required security clearance
