Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer, Information Resources responsible for implementing and maintaining backup and recovery solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Implement backup strategies for critical systems and data, ensuring compliance with business requirements
Deploy and configure backup software and hardware, including Rubrik and IBM Spectrum Protect
Monitor backup jobs, perform testing and validation, and participate in disaster recovery exercises

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science, math, information systems, or a related field
2 years of experience in operating systems and systems administration
Experience with project management phases and methodologies
Certification in at least one relevant operating system or associated technology
Experience working with multiple server hosts in a combined environment
