Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer who will support, maintain, and enhance customer-facing enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Support configuration, testing, deployment, and management of enterprise SaaS and on-premises applications
Identify and implement opportunities for workflow optimization and automation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related roles
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms like Confluence, JSM, Jira, or similar tools
Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified and ITIL/ITSM
Familiarity with insurance industry workflows is a plus
