Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to drive the commercialization of innovative gas compression technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize device architecture for MVP prototypes and production versions, directing detailed engineering design
• Direct the integration and testing of MVP units, ensuring subsystems work together efficiently
• Develop advanced electric motor control schemas and drive the architecture for control and safety systems

Required Qualifications

• Broad familiarity with thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and hydraulics
• Understanding of electric motors, motor controls, sensors, and power engineering
• Practical experience with regulatory certifications such as ASME, ATEX, and API standards
• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial commercial business with a background in electro-mechanical systems
• A required Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
