Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide client-facing support and technical expertise in enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, and support systems technologies including servers and storage
Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures
Manage client tickets and provide detailed documentation to required parties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent required
3 - 4 years of Systems Engineering experience
3 - 4 years of hands-on experience with M365
Strong knowledge of MS Windows Server Platforms and Desktop Operating Systems
Experience developing and maintaining systems documentation
