Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer who will support and enhance key customer-facing enterprise applications and infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities

Support configuration, testing, deployment, and management of enterprise applications and infrastructure technologies
Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to application delivery

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in software development, application engineering, or related technology roles
Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Office 365, Jira, or similar tools
Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM best practices
Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified and ITIL / ITSM certifications
