Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to provide remote technical support for network, server, and end-user systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing updates and case status during the resolution process
  • Perform initial triage of customer issues and document all actions in the support tools
  • Manage the daily prioritization, coding, and routing of service incidents and requests while ensuring efficient issue resolution
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of IT support experience in a help desk or service desk environment; MSP experience preferred
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Availability to work after hours or participate in on-call rotations as required
