Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative EEG devices, the full-time Systems Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage system requirements, verification, risk management, and integration processes, all while working remotely or from one of the company's office hubs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain device development in accordance with quality management systems
• Elicit, analyze, and document system and sub-system requirements, ensuring traceability throughout the product lifecycle
• Implement verification and validation processes, including developing and executing test plans and managing risk assessments

Required qualifications

• BS in engineering or a related field; MS degree preferred
• 5+ years of professional engineering experience with a BS degree or 3+ years with an MS degree
• Experience leading cross-functional technical efforts across hardware, software, and firmware teams
• Proficiency in requirements traceability, risk analysis, and verification & validation processes
• Familiarity with medical device design controls and regulatory standards is preferred
