Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support system integration and technical planning, the remote W2 hourly contract Systems Engineer will perform analyses across all system product levels, ensuring the conversion of customer requirements into effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical planning, system integration, and verification and validation analyses for total systems
• Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, and requirements allocation to translate customer needs into specifications
• Analyze cost and risk while ensuring solutions meet technical, schedule, and cost constraints

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9-15 years of experience or a Master's degree with 7-13 years of experience in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, among other related disciplines
• Proficiency in cost modeling software such as SEER or TruePlanning
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
