Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Systems Engineer will serve as the technical resource for mid-market clients, managing escalated support, proactive maintenance, and project delivery while collaborating with a Senior Cloud Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Entra ID, Active Directory, Exchange Online, Intune, and Windows Server
• Perform proactive maintenance including patch management, backup health validation, and alert triage
• Execute project tasks under the direction of the Senior Cloud Engineer, such as Conditional Access rollouts and M365 migrations

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or internal IT role supporting Microsoft environments
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID management, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust security controls
• Experience with Active Directory administration and Microsoft 365 administration
• Proficiency in endpoint management with Intune and Windows Server administration
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
