Systems Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the development and maintenance of critical reporting platforms, the remote Systems Engineer I will collaborate with senior engineers to optimize enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance and security.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and support of systems, including Construction Industry Software and Microsoft SQL Server Platform
• Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to ensure optimal operation
• Manage incidents and service requests while maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer/Management Information Systems
• 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in SharePoint administration and Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Knowledge of SQL server administration and ability to write complex queries using T-SQL
• Familiarity with RPA concepts and scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python
