Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a rapidly growing technology consulting organization, the full-time Systems Engineer will provide Level 2 technical support, troubleshoot complex issues across various client environments, and participate in infrastructure implementations and migrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support and troubleshoot server, workstation, network, and cloud issues
• Participate in infrastructure implementations and migrations while maintaining accurate technical documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional customer service and support Microsoft-based solutions

Required qualifications

• Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment
• Hands-on experience with Level 2 technical support and infrastructure projects
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft technologies, networking, and cloud environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Active Directory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
