Systems Engineer

Job Summary

As the technical backbone of the internal IT organization, the full-time remote Systems Engineer will design systems, automate workflows, and manage identity infrastructure while serving as the escalation point for complex issues.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve identity infrastructure including Okta, Google Workspace, and downstream SaaS integrations
• Architect and implement automation for onboarding/offboarding workflows, access controls, and SaaS lifecycle management
• Manage macOS endpoint management, ensuring zero-touch provisioning and policy enforcement

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in IT systems, infrastructure, or identity engineering roles with a focus on design and automation
• Deep experience with Okta Workflows, integrations, and SCIM provisioning
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash, along with REST APIs and webhooks
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for managing infrastructure as code
• Strong knowledge of macOS fleet management and MDM solutions
