Systems Engineer

Job Summary

To support a secure and efficient IT infrastructure, the full-time remote Systems Engineer will design, implement, and maintain the organization's computer systems and networking equipment while ensuring performance, reliability, and security across various platforms.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the daily performance and security of the Microsoft environment, including Active Directory and email systems
• Troubleshoot technical issues and design plans for network infrastructure enhancements
• Administer vulnerability assessments, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures to protect member data

Required qualifications:

• 5 to 7 years of progressively responsible experience in the IT field
• 5 years of experience in VMware Server virtualization administration
• Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and network security
• Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and environments
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
