Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Serving as an administrator and champion of enterprise data platforms, the full-time remote Systems Engineer will manage and improve data technologies, support technical users, and ensure operational excellence across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Administer, support, and document enterprise data platforms while driving continuous improvement
- Configure and troubleshoot software in Linux-based and Cloud environments, ensuring platform health and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Application Development teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise platform administration, operational support, and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of database systems and complex SQL statements
- Experience with API implementations and security standards
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
