Systems Engineer 5G NTN

Job Summary

Serving as a technical authority in a full-time remote capacity, the Systems Engineer 5G NTN will manage customer engagements and solution development for next-generation 5G Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) and hybrid satellite-terrestrial architectures, while collaborating with cross-functional teams on technical presales and system engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for 5G, NTN, and satellite-terrestrial integrated network solutions
• Lead complex technical presales engagements and own RFP/RFI/RFQ technical responses
• Design and present end-to-end 5G NTN system architectures, supporting customer workshops and executive-level presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, telecommunications, computer science, or closely related field; MSCS/MSEE desirable
• 7+ years of experience in systems engineering and architecture design in the Satcom industry
• Strong experience in 5G networks and hands-on understanding of 5G NTN concepts
• Proven experience with RFP/RFI responses and customer demonstrations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging technical teams and executive stakeholders
