Systems Engineer - Behavior Requirements

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer - Behavior Requirements and Verification.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the creation, documentation, alignment, and verification of all behavioral system requirements
• Act as a central point of contact for all matters related to behavioral requirements and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Define improvements for the simulator to verify driving behaviors and enhance behavioral evaluation capabilities

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; Master's or PhD in an engineering discipline preferred
• 3+ years of experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or related industries
• Experience with requirements and metrics for driving behavior evaluations
• Strong fundamentals in mathematics, engineering, and physics
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python or Matlab
