Systems Engineer for BI Tools

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer (BI Tool Administration/User Enablement) to empower developers with Business Intelligence tool support.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and integrate reporting and analytics technologies to drive enterprise insights
• Mentor and train users on best practices to support data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless user experiences and robust infrastructure

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience with business intelligence software and data analysis technologies
• Experience with various platforms including Linux, Windows, VMWare, and AWS
• Proficiency in Python scripting and infrastructure as code tools (Ansible preferred)
• Experience with API management and integration
• Ability to work remotely with a high-speed internet connection in the United States or Puerto Rico
