Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II to ensure the stability and efficient operation of information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, support, and optimize networked software and associated operating systems
• Provide on-call support and assist with system builds and complex problem resolution
• Interact with clients and establish credibility at all levels to build partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Relevant experience in server management and troubleshooting
• Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred; familiarity with Epic is a plus
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant education and experience
• Experience with active directory, SCCM, and related projects
