Systems Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II to design and deliver solutions for citizen developers and manage technical support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimize end user impacts by providing technical support and troubleshooting complex issues
• Coordinate system testing to ensure functionality, stability, and performance of Power Platform and Power BI Pro
• Continuously monitor and enhance systems and processes for improved technical effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in systems engineering, or High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• 3+ years of experience with Power Platform and Power BI infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience working with an engineering team in the financial industry
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile delivery environment
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements relevant to technology operations
