Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II responsible for optimizing Digital Employee Experience solutions and managing incident escalations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support troubleshooting of endpoint-related incidents and outages
  • Collaborate on root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive solutions
  • Coordinate problem and incident management with third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years of related experience
  • Certifications in Agile or IT Service Management preferred
  • Experience with End User Technology solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ServiceNow
  • Nexthink certification preferred
