Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II responsible for optimizing Digital Employee Experience solutions and managing incident escalations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support troubleshooting of endpoint-related incidents and outages
- Collaborate on root cause analysis and implement long-term preventive solutions
- Coordinate problem and incident management with third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of related experience
- Certifications in Agile or IT Service Management preferred
- Experience with End User Technology solutions such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ServiceNow
- Nexthink certification preferred
