Systems Engineer II
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer II to manage and operate products and solutions in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain all production system equipment and services
- Ensure 24/7 availability of production application environments, including weekend on-call responsibilities
- Provide direct support to various teams to resolve production problems and document technical environments
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration and troubleshooting hardware and software
- Strong skills in Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and experience with CentOS/RHEL or Debian Linux
- Experience with VMware ESX/ESXi and managing containerized environments (Docker & Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, C#, or Python
- Previous experience in a SaaS and/or high-volume website environment preferred
