Systems Engineer, IT Migration

Job Summary

Working remotely with occasional travel, the full-time Systems Engineer, IT Migration will support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage network migrations, and ensure adherence to company standards while acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including network and system administration
• Run and support netstation migration scripts and manage DHCP reservations
• Maintain documentation and diagrams of internal and client environments while being a point of escalation for technical support issues

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of network support experience
• 3+ years of infrastructure support experience
• 3+ years of O365 support experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science/technology (preferred)
• Established track record in IT technologies, including Linux/Windows Servers and Client/Server Application Support
