Systems Engineer IV

Job Summary

Leading technical efforts throughout the full lifecycle of complex software and hardware engineering projects, the full-time Systems Engineer IV will serve as the technical authority, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards while working remotely or onsite in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full technical responsibility for projects from initiation through deployment, acting as the main technical contact for external clients
• Define system-level architecture and requirements, oversee design and integration of systems, and lead design reviews
• Develop end-to-end technical solutions, provide expert guidance during system development, and support proposal efforts

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering with at least 5+ years of professional experience
• Experience leading the development and design of end-to-end technical solutions, including requirements analysis and feasibility assessments
• Demonstrated leadership in technical project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in system architecture, requirements management, and engineering process design
• Expertise in system modeling tools, documentation platforms, and integration methodologies
