Systems Engineer IV

Job Summary

To support the engineering and infrastructure team, the full-time salaried Systems Engineer IV will design and manage complex systems throughout their life cycle, focusing on requirements management, reliability, and optimization while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement configurations for complex systems across multiple converged domains
• Manage relationships with business partners and act as an escalation contact for complex technical issues
• Mentor team members and educate others on best practices in systems engineering

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of eight years of experience in structured systems analysis, design, or systems engineering
• Certification in at least two converged domains at an advanced level and one at an expert level
• Expert understanding of Compute, Storage, Networks, or Telecommunications
• Ability to perform performance tuning, error tracking, and debugging for complex systems
