Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer for an overnight shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform remote fixes at desktop, server, and networking levels
Handle escalations from NOC teams and provide timely updates
Adhere to ticketing SLAs and ensure timely client communications

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in MSP or corporate IT support
5+ years of project engineering experience preferred
Proficient in Mac OS, Google, Windows, and Office 365
College degree or equivalent technical experience
Technical certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware, etc
