Key Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements for managing requirements across engineering teams
• Collaborate with design, analysis, and regulatory teams to define and manage clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements
• Develop and maintain requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as nuclear, mechanical, or aerospace engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a requirements management role for complex engineering systems
• Proficiency with Siemens Teamcenter Requirements is a bonus
• Experience in highly regulated industries such as aerospace, nuclear, automotive, or defense is preferred
• Advanced degree in engineering or systems engineering is a plus
