Systems Engineer - RightFax

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer to support and maintain an enterprise RightFax environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain RightFax server environments and troubleshoot fax-over-IP integrations
• Support inbound and outbound fax workflows and assist with workflow integration through APIs
• Establish end-to-end monitoring of the fax platform and manage incidents and performance analysis

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience administering RightFax or a comparable enterprise fax platform
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, IIS, PowerShell, and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience supporting document transmission workflows and enterprise application integrations
• Ability to create monitoring dashboards and perform root cause analysis
• Experience with virtualization technologies and ITIL Foundation or OpenText RightFax certifications preferred
