Systems Engineer - SD-WAN

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of MSP/SP accounts, the full-time Systems Engineer - SD-WAN will serve as the primary technical relationship owner, helping partners design and operationalize SD-WAN services while working remotely across the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical SE for assigned MSP/SP accounts, building relationships with stakeholders
• Help partners create and market differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services
• Develop enablement programs for MSP/SP teams to support Arista-powered services

Required qualifications

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, particularly in Service Provider environments
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and SD-WAN technologies
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design
• Ability to establish relationships with diverse stakeholders across MSP/SP organizations
