Systems Engineer - SD-WAN

Job Summary

Collaborating with strategic MSP/SP partners, the full-time remote Systems Engineer - SD-WAN will serve as the primary technical relationship owner, enabling and co-selling managed services while ensuring seamless integration of VeloCloud SD-Branch into operational frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical SE for assigned MSP/SP accounts, building deep relationships across technical and executive stakeholders
• Help partners design and market differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services using Arista's portfolio
• Develop and deliver enablement programs across MSP/SP teams to equip them with the knowledge to position and support Arista-powered services

Required qualifications

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, particularly in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design
• Ability to establish long-lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders across MSP/SP organizations
