Systems Engineer - SD-WAN

Job Summary

To support strategic MSP/SP partnerships, the full-time remote Systems Engineer - SD-WAN will manage technical relationships, assist in designing and operationalizing SD-WAN services, and enable cross-functional teams to effectively deliver Arista's solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical SE for assigned MSP/SP accounts, fostering deep relationships across all levels of partner organizations
• Assist partners in creating and launching differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Develop and deliver tailored enablement programs for sales, operations, and product management teams to support Arista-powered services

Required qualifications

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, particularly in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN
• Experience with pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders across MSP/SP organizations
