Systems Engineer - SD-WAN

Job Summary

Serving as the primary technical relationship owner for assigned MSP/SP accounts, the full-time remote Systems Engineer - SD-WAN will enable and co-sell differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services while collaborating closely with partners across various organizational functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage technical relationships with assigned MSP/SP accounts, fostering deep connections with stakeholders
• Assist partners in designing and launching SD-WAN and SD-Branch services, ensuring alignment with market needs
• Deliver tailored enablement programs to equip MSP/SP teams with the knowledge to effectively sell and support Arista-powered services

Required qualifications

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, particularly in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and SD-WAN technologies
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design
• Ability to build long-lasting relationships with diverse stakeholders across MSP/SP organizations
