Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer, Storage and Backup Technical Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers and colleagues
Enforce a high-quality customer service culture and provide guidance to new staff
Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution of all assigned issues

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
In-depth knowledge of data storage concepts, backup solutions, and disaster recovery strategies
Operational experience with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere and Hyper V
Operational experience with Commvault Backup technologies
Knowledge of various storage and disaster recovery vendors' technology
