Job Summary
A company is looking for a Systems Engineer Staff - Team Lead (Level 4).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead System Engineer on SEIT Advanced Development Program efforts
- Create project technical plans and monitor progress towards technical goals
- Ensure adherence to technical policies, configuration management, and safety standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience in Systems Engineering process/discipline as defined by INCOSE, NAVAIR, and MIL-STD-499
- Ability to collaborate across engineering teams to integrate technical requirements
- Experience leading technical system engineering technical reviews (SETRs)
- Knowledge of airworthiness and safety standards
- Background in specialty engineering applications
