Systems Engineer Training Developer

Job Summary

To support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the full-time Systems Engineer Training Developer will design, develop, and maintain training materials and curricula for the SLE/FAST program, creating engaging instructional content aligned with evolving software and hardware updates.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain systems engineering training materials and curricula
• Create instructor-led training, virtual training, eLearning modules, simulations, and job aids
• Analyze ERAM software and hardware updates to determine training impacts and required content revisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 2-4 years of experience or a Master's Degree with 1-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle methodologies and standards
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance from the FAA
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to contract requirements
