Systems Engineer - VeloCloud

Job Summary

To support strategic MSP/SP partners, the full-time remote Systems Engineer - VeloCloud will manage technical relationships, co-sell SD-WAN and SD-Branch services, and enable operational integration while collaborating with various teams to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated technical SE for assigned MSP/SP accounts, building strong relationships with stakeholders
• Help partners design and market differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services using Arista's portfolio
• Develop and deliver tailored enablement programs across MSP/SP teams to support service delivery and sales efforts

Required qualifications

• BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, specifically in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments
• Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) and SD-WAN technologies
• Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design
• Prior experience supporting MSP/SP organizations and knowledge of their operational processes is a plus
