Systems Engineer - VeloCloud
Job Summary
To support strategic MSP/SP partners, the full-time Systems Engineer - VeloCloud will serve as the primary technical relationship owner, facilitating the design, launch, and operationalization of SD-WAN and SD-Branch managed services in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage technical relationships with assigned MSP/SP accounts, engaging with stakeholders across various organizational levels
- Assist partners in creating and marketing differentiated SD-WAN and SD-Branch services, ensuring seamless integration into their operational frameworks
- Lead solution design and technical presentations for customer-facing opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth
Required qualifications
- BS/CS/CE degree or equivalent technical experience
- 5+ years of experience in WAN, networking, or cloud services, particularly in Service Provider or Managed Service Provider environments
- Understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), WAN technologies, and SD-WAN
- Experience in pre-sales activities, including technical presentations and solution design
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and scripting (REST APIs, Python, Ansible) is a plus
