Systems Engineer - Virginia Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance the digital experience for employees, the full-time remote Systems Engineer - Virginia Licensed will leverage the Nexthink platform to develop solutions that improve device performance, automate remediation, and analyze endpoint data across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of capabilities within the Nexthink platform to enhance employee technology experience
• Create and maintain Nexthink content, implementing proactive monitoring strategies to identify and resolve technology issues
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to analyze endpoint data and develop automated solutions that improve operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Four or more years of experience in systems engineering, endpoint engineering, or related technical disciplines
• Experience supporting enterprise Windows and macOS mixed-device environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, JAMF, or related endpoint management technologies
• Experience developing automation using PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages
