Systems Engineer with Human Factors

Job Summary

To support aerospace system development and certification activities, the contract Systems Engineer with Human Factors experience will perform assessments, manage system requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and document Human Factors assessments in accordance with AMC 29.1302
• Develop, review, and manage system requirements using Polarion or IBM DOORS
• Support systems architecture, design, and certification activities while ensuring timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
• 3+ years of Systems Engineering experience, preferably in the aerospace industry
• Experience conducting Human Factors assessments per AMC 29.1302
• Hands-on experience with Polarion, IBM DOORS, or similar requirements management tools
• Knowledge of system certification processes, configuration management, and Agile methodologies
