Job Summary
Supporting system operations and lifecycle management, the full-time Systems Engineer with Security+ Certification will collaborate with teams to implement technical solutions and ensure system stability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support system lifecycle management activities, including requirements gathering and technical refresh initiatives
- Coordinate system deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities to ensure system stability and performance
- Provide technical support for system operations, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 4-7+ years of experience supporting systems engineering or related technical roles
- Experience working within enterprise IT environments supporting system operations and lifecycle activities
- Active Security+ certification (or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe)
- Experience with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or similar)
