Systems Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance

Job Summary

To support major Operations initiatives, the full-time Systems Engineer with TS/SCI Clearance will provide technical guidance to a team, assist end-users with troubleshooting, and manage IT infrastructure in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance and support to Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk technicians
• Engage with end-users to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of projects
• Manage IT infrastructure and collaborate with stakeholders to meet operational goals and SLAs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• At least 15 years of experience in a relevant technical role
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management
• Proficient in managing technologies such as O365, SCCM, AWS, and Azure
