Job Summary
Leading a systems engineering team, the full-time salaried Systems Engineering Director will create functional technical strategies, ensure compliance with industry standards, and provide technical leadership while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strategic vision and roadmaps for new and existing systems in collaboration with business stakeholders and IT leadership
- Plan and execute department strategies to enhance service delivery and meet organizational goals

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
- 8 years of related professional experience, including 3 years in a management role
- Strong technical expertise in Salesforce and FEP Bridge data structures
- Experience in planning, designing, building, and maintaining system solutions
- Proficiency with various systems engineering tools and processes
