Systems Engineering Engineer

Job Summary

To support advanced nuclear energy projects, the remote contract Systems and Requirements Management Engineer will develop and maintain engineering procedures, manage requirements processes, and facilitate systems integration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage, trace, verify, and validate requirements
• Support the implementation of systems engineering methodologies and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines
• Experience with configuration management principles and tools
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
