Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems Engineer Manager responsible for leading the IT Infrastructure team's operations in a hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Systems Engineering team, including performance management and professional development
• Participate in hands-on engineering work and provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex infrastructure issues
• Oversee and maintain hybrid infrastructure environments, ensuring system stability and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years in IT infrastructure or systems engineering roles with 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or CCNA
• Strong technical expertise in hybrid infrastructure environments, including Azure and AWS
• Experience with enterprise security tools and practices, including endpoint protection and vulnerability management
