Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Systems Engineers, the full-time salaried Systems Engineering Manager will ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions and support to clients while managing performance, development, and operational excellence within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Uphold core values and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture within the engineering team
• Lead the Systems Engineering team to meet or exceed service and financial KPIs, managing performance and scheduling
• Maintain positive relationships with clients to support retention goals and oversee day-to-day operations for service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
• 6+ years of experience in IT management and service delivery
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role
• Certifications such as Microsoft MCSE, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA, or ITIL familiarity preferred
• Valid driver's license
