Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing a team responsible for monitoring system platforms, the full-time remote BMS Systems Engineering Manager will manage daily activities, provide supervision and training, and ensure the delivery of high-quality systems through effective process management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
• Coordinate daily team activities, establish work schedules, and assign tasks
• Monitor engineering schedules and key performance indicators while implementing operating policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management
• Strong leadership skills to motivate team performance and quality
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
