Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time remote Systems Engineering Manager will develop and mentor Systems Engineers while driving technical sales strategies and engaging with strategic customers in the telecommunications sector.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Systems Engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration and technical excellence
• Partner with Sales Leadership to define account strategies and support customer engagements throughout the sales lifecycle
• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and guide them through network modernization initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of networking industry experience with 5+ years in a leadership role for PreSales Systems Engineering or related teams
• Experience supporting telecommunications providers or service providers
• Strong understanding of enterprise and service provider networking architectures
• Proven success in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing technical professionals
