Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team of customer-facing Systems Engineers, the full-time remote Systems Engineering Manager will develop technical sales strategies, support strategic customer engagements, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation within the Mid-Telco organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor Systems Engineers while promoting continuous learning and career development
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to define account strategies and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Engage with strategic customers to build trusted relationships and guide them through network modernization initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of networking industry experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role within PreSales Systems Engineering
• Proven success in hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams
• Experience in supporting telecommunications providers or service providers
• Strong understanding of enterprise and service provider networking architectures
