Systems Engineering Specialist

Job Summary

To support advanced nuclear energy projects, the contract Systems and Requirements Management Engineer will work remotely to develop, manage, and verify engineering requirements while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, and documentation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to manage, trace, and validate requirements for systems and components
• Support the implementation of systems engineering methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in systems engineering or requirements management
• Experience with configuration management principles and tools
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
